Class Rooms

Class room size is approximately 436 sq. ft., one room for each section.

Science Laboratory

We have separate and fully equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology Laboratories of 669.6 sq. ft., 630 sq. ft. and 659.64 sq. ft. respectively for secondary and Senior Secondary.

Library

Library is of 46.5 ft. x 36.7 ft. fully equipped and with reading room facility and other resources to cater to the strength of students in the school. The Library has sufficient number of age appropriate books on all subjects in its stock. Books include e-Books, Fiction, Non-fiction, Reference Books, Encyclopedia, Periodicals, Magazines, Journals and Newspapers. Staff and students are encouraged to read e-magazines, e-journals, e- books etc. The Library does not contain any book or other forms of literature that support or spread communal disharmony or casteism or discrimination based on religion, region or language etc. The school does not stock in the library any book disapproved by the Government/ Board. The Library issues books regularly to every child studying in the school. Adequate budgetary provisions made for the School Library.

Computer Laboratory

Size of computer laboratory is 9.78 m x 5.52 m each (approx 581 sq.ft.) The School has 20 maintain computers. The School has internet connectivity with good speed. There are adequate provisions related to cyber safety in the computer laboratory and students are allowed in the laboratory only under the supervision of a teacher.

Mathematics Laboratory

The school has separate provision for Mathematics Laboratory of 417.24sq. ft.

Rooms for Extracurricular Activities

Separate rooms for music, dance, arts & sports etc. of adequate size for all these activities are set up in the school.

Drinking Water,Toilets And Other Physical Facilities

The School provides adequate facilities for potable drinking water on each floor. The School provides clean healthy and hygienic toilets on each floor with washing facilities for 15 for boys and 20 for girls. The toilets for the primary students are separate from other toilets. There are separate toilets for staff members. Signage Boards are displayed prominently on the toilets of all categories. The School has suitable furniture in the Class rooms commensurate with the strength of students and staff.

The school has the needed equipment and facilities as per the syllabus prescribed for Sciences and various activities under Work Experience and Art Education etc. The school follows the guidelines related to the safety of the children in schools contained in the following:

a. The guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) no. 483 of 2004 in the matter of Avinash Mehrotra (Petitioner) Versus Union of India & Others (Respondents)

b. The Guidelines on School Safety Policy, 2016 issued by the National Disaster Management Authority which is statutory in nature.

c. Manual on Safety and Security of Children in Schools Developed by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights.

d. National Building Code-2005, as amended from time to time.

The School thoroughly observes prescription from the State Government/Municipal Authority/Transport Department regarding health & hygiene, drinking water, fire safety, building safety and transport precautions in the school. The School has adequate facilities for providing recreational activities and physical education as well as for conduct of various activities and programs for developmental education and for the social, cultural and moral development of the students and for safeguarding their health.

Play Ground

The School has satisfactory ground to create outdoor facilities with athletics track and also facilities for kabaddi, kho-kho, volleyball, basketball etc. Enrollment And Section Restriction In Each Class:
The number of students is not more than 40 in each section.
